“LUNAS” - Espaço Ócio, Porto, Portugal - 2024
Strange landscapes briefly cage a bestiary of wonder. They are crudely imitated, chiseled under a celestial mechanics, in a certain boredom. A snake, fixed like a hieroglyph, stretches out across the space in a strange dignity, confident alone. A monster rustles for some reason, it wasn’t that way, it wasn’t on any road. A celestial horse with twilight hues flickers like an elusive spirit. Falling stars guide the clumsy course of three swans. Headlights punctuated with neon cast a glare, looking for a highway robber. They continue on a wave of inelegance, of deranged landscapes, of improbable moons tattooed with cracks, thorns, splinters, and prehistoric animals.
