Group Exhibition “Open Studio” - Campanice Collective, Porto, Portugal - 2023

The installation, made up of paintings on canvas, vinyl prints on acrylic, and paper prints, creates layered imagery that goes beyond the canvas into physical space on the wall. In this approach, the artist seeks to multiply and threaten the painting through interaction with digital representations as extensions to a discreet and abstract landscape utopia. The installation invites observation under movements of scenic distance and returns in a radiant pictorial depth of paradoxically dependent and free figures. A simulation of dissonant realities through the input of fragmented images that are continuously collected in randomness is seen as cyclical, in an ebb and flow of unexpected contents, projections, and imaginaries.
